Nowadays, technology has become an integral part of our lives. We can't even live without it. In many fields of areas technology has played a very vital role. It increases the speed of work. In the field of agriculture and industrialism technology plays a very vital role. It really helps farmers as well as workers. In the present time due to the corona pandemic we all have to work from home. And the thing which is helping to do that is technology and in education technology has played a significant role. Most of the people have this technophobia, one possible reason can be the fear of overpowering of technology on human beings. There are many movies which showed the damages made by Robots. Because they don't have emotions. We have this real example of Robot, Sophia. Robots are intelligent more than us(of course they are made by humans) but they are very precise in their work. If we say Robots are not social then Sophia is a Social Robot(as his creator says). Well, if we look at some of the teachers, then definitely they can be replaced by robots or technology. If a teacher is just for providing knowledge then robots or technology can easily replace it, nowadays there are a lesser number of things which technology can not do. So we have to find those types of things which only humans can do. Well this is not an easy task to challenge a machine.

Teachers should be techno friendly

Teachers should use different types of methods with the help of technology. If a teacher is still using traditional methods for teaching then yes, teachers can be replaced by technology.

A teacher should know the effective use of technology, and how we can implement technology in learning. So he or she can teach students.

The teacher was also a student so that they could understand the learning process

Teachers were also students so they can understand which types of things can irritate students and how to make them comfortable while teaching. If as a student they have felt bad things then they are not going to repeat it.

Teachers can apply various methods of teaching, if students are not getting the point then he or she can switch over other methods.

If students are not understanding one topic immediately teachers should switch over to other methods. If students are getting tired then also teachers can apply various methods of teaching.

Body language, hand gestures, facial expression, tone of voice help to engaging students

Machine or technology or Robots don't have body language, hand gestures while teaching, teachers have these things so they can easily engage students and students also get benefits of this.

If we merge teachers and technology then teaching and learning will become innovative and engaging. Engaging students in a class is not an easy task, if the robots have a very clear knowledge of the subject, even though they cannot engage the students, the teacher must know the learning ability of their learners to engaging them.Teachers have to stay updated with today's trends and be equipped with the latest facility in Technology. knowing the recent learning trends, tools, and technologies, new teaching methodologies etc.

Here is one worth watching video about Robot as a teacher. Elias is a Robot teacher of language and mathematics. He knows more than 23 languages. Now it is very difficult to compete with this robot. In future time Teachers will have to do very hard work to make their place.
